We released the new Premiere Classic theme update today. Added in 3 new title/slogan alignment variations and 10 new custom image variations. Also included 3 preset custom image files replacing the logo images in the older theme version and provide 2 Photoshop image files to help you in creating your own custom image and logo files to use with the theme.

We are just about finished with the Pro Colors 3.5 theme update so look for an email update soon. Then we can get our next new theme ready to go for release later this week if all goes well.

Took a lot of time to rework all the css files from scratch but we finally got them completed and the new Designer Colors 3.5 theme update out the door. The new theme update includes 5 color variations: blue, brown. red. green and gray, 3 title/slogan alignment variations and much requested custom image variations.

We got the update wrapped up on the Blueball Kamino Classic 3.5 theme and sent out to everyone. Added in some new theme variations for everyone to use - 3 new title/slogan alignment variations to the theme so you can now align your title and slogan in the pageheader area left, right, or centered. We have also added in 5 new custom image options into the logo variations section to the theme so you can now place up to 5 of your own custom images into the pageheader background area on a page by page basis. And of course the standard 3 sidebar variations - left, right and hide. We also included an optional index.html file that does not have the default Notes and Links sidebar headers in place on it.

We got the update finished up on the High Def Colors 3.5 theme and sent out to everyone. Came out great and the new theme variations we added in add a lot to the theme. Got to take a break from the updates and work in general until tomorrow afternoon, but another 2 theme updates are almost completed and ready to test. Look for them very soon.

We got the update wrapped up on the Phantom 3.5 theme and sent out to everyone. Man this has been the most requested theme update request we've gotten in along with the Designer Color theme! And for all who have asked, yes we have added in 4 new sidebar variations to really open up this 3-column theme's layout versatility - nav hide-sidebar right show, nav hide-sidebar left show, nav left show-sidebar hide, and nav right show-sidebar hide.

Look for the Hi Def 3.5 theme update release next and hopefully one more after that tomorrow afternoon if everything goes well.

We got the update completed on the Paradox 3.5 theme and sent out, and then found we had a glitch in the plist file which prevented the content area alignment variation from working correctly. We had to turn right around and send out another update (v3) which fixed everything. Sorry for the back to back updates guys.

When you purchase a Rapidweaver theme from us that has been updated to work with Rapidweaver 3.5, you will also receive the theme's 3.2.1 version file. This will allow you to use the theme with RW 3.2.1 until the final version of RW 3.5 is released. Before opening any of your RW 3.2.1 site files up in RW 3.5, we strongly recommend making a back up copy of your RW 3.2.1 site file and storing it in another folder on your hard drive.

We posted this to the Realmac forum originally but wanted to post it here again to make sure everyone understands the theme update process when you move from RW 3.2.1 to RW 3.5. We have had several RW 3.2.1 users email us with questions on this and how to apply new theme updates to their current sites.

When you receive theme updates from third party theme developers, those themes will have a new version number in their plist file code. This will result in the theme being loaded into RW 3.5 as a new theme. Your older version theme will still show up in the theme window along with the new theme update version.

Note that when you open your site file up that uses the older theme version in RW 3.5, your site pages will not be automatically updated with the new RW 3.5 theme update version.
You will have to select the new theme update version and go through each page in your site and apply the new theme and whatever variations you previously had in place.
Then save your file to a new folder on your hard drive with a new name so you will not overwrite your older RW 3.2.1 site file. To play it safe, I strongly recommend making a backup copy of your RW 3.2.1 site file before you start on any of the above.

I hope this helps clear up some confusion RW users have relayed to us.

In our hurry to get the update for our Blueball Simple 3.5 theme uploaded into place for downloading, we made a mistake and uploaded the incorrect file. The correct file which is version 8 is now available for downloading. We apologize for any inconveneince that this may have caused anyone.

We have completed the RW 3.5 update on the Blueball Ultima Colors 3.5 theme and are now testing it one more time on the new RW 3.5 public beta that was released today. Again we will be sending out theme updates to everyone on Sunday and Monday for the completed theme updates. The High Def Colors theme update is almost completed as well.

Well the first Rapidweaver 3.5 public beta is out now, and while we are still testing our other themes out one more time with it before sending out the theme updates to everyone, we wanted to go ahead and release our popular free Rapidweaver theme Blueball Simple 3.5. Ready to go and updated for all of RW 3.5's new features! Click on the download link located on the main page of our site at the bottom under the thumbnail image of the theme to get your update. We are also including the RW 3.2.1 version in a separate folder for those who are new to RW and want to use RW 3.2.1 until the final GM version of RW 3.5 is released. More to come very soon.

We have been fortunate to be included in the alpha beta testers group for RW 3.5 and have been testing it from the first new build. With the release of the public beta tomorrow, we are going to take that beta build and test it out on all our theme upgrades one more time before we release them and email out the upgrades to everyone.

The upgrades are completed for the following RW 3.5 themes as of now: Blueball Simple 3.5, Blueball Paradox 3.5, Blueball Classic Colors, Blueball Minimcal Colors 3.5, Blueball Phantom 3.5 and Blueball Kamino Classic 3.5. Ultima Colors and Hi-Def Colors will be completed tomorrow. Newzpaper and Premiere Classic on Saturday. The Designer Colors and Pro Colors will be later next week. We are basically developing the last two themes from scratch again so we can add in some new variations to them that have been requested by RW users.

We will be uploading the new themes that have been updated to our stores tomorrow and Saturday, and then will email out the updates to everyone shortly thereafter. The updates will be sent to the email address on file that each registered buyer used at the time of purchase. We will be including a new update form on our site later this week for buyers to use if they do not receive the updates or have changed their email address.

Until the final GM version of RW 3.5 is released, we will be including RW 3.2 and RW 3.5 versions of each theme in the downloads with each purchase. When RW 3.5 releases the final GM version, we will offer RW 3.5 theme versions only from that time on.
